Savoy cabbage "San Michele".
High-yielding late-ripening variety (period from sowing to technical ripeness 130-150 days). Heads of cabbage are medium-sized, rounded, weighing 1.8-2 kg.
It has a delicate leaf structure and excellent taste. The leaf is corrugated, thinner than that of white cabbage, "airy", finely bubbly.
Due to its low-calorie content, high protein content, delicate fibre and the presence of an antidiabetic component (mannitol), the products are ideal for dietary nutrition.
The taste is soft, delicate. A cut head of cabbage is stored for no more than 1-1.5 months, but it remains on the vine for a long time.
